Appointments
We see patients by appointment only. In order to avoid a possible charge, please give at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Frequent rescheduling, same day cancellations, and not showing for appointments wreak havoc on the office and are unfair to other patients. We reserve the right to discontinue medical services if a patient breaks three appointments without prior notification. We try hard to see patients on time. However, emergencies and other problems can arise causing unpreventable delays. We thank you for your understanding. Routine appointments should be scheduled 1 to 2 months in advance. For a sick call or an acute problem, call the office as early as possible for scheduling a same day appointment. Only problems determined to be “emergencies” by our doctors will be seen the day of the phone call.
